Freda is a professional footballer and content creator, currently playing for Charlton Athletic. In 2024 Freda made her Ghana International debut.
Boasting over 500k Instagram followers and 780k Tik Tok followers, Freda has worked with some of the worlds biggest brands including Pepsi, Adidas, JD Sports, Gillett, Nike, Pro Direct Soccer, Puma, Sports Direct, Under Armour, EE and Adobe to name a few. Last year, her Instagram engagement hit an all time high for her, reaching over 10.4 million accounts in 6 days.
TV and filming wise, Freda has appeared on Soccer AM and has worked with Soccer Aid 2022 and 2023 in which she taught Brazilian legends Roberto Carlos and Cafu her skills and tricks. In 2023, Freda teamed up with Common Goal in which she donates 1% of her wages to the foundation. In 2024, Freda became brand ambassador for World Vision.
