Jake Galbraith
Jake is a FIFA Licensed Intermediary and former professional footballer who played for AFC Wimbledon and Woking FC. His experience within the game has given him a strong understanding of football, its commercial landscape, and the opportunities available to talent both on and off the pitch.
Jake joined the FAM Sports family in 2021, bringing with him a successful background in affiliate marketing. Since then, he has become one of the agency’s senior commercial agents, playing a key role in identifying and securing commercial opportunities for FAM’s roster of talent.
With an extensive network of long standing relationships across global brands, partners, and clubs, Jake specialises in connecting talent with meaningful partnerships that deliver long term value. In addition to commercial deals, he also helps secure hospitality, event, and appearance opportunities, ensuring FAM clients benefit from a wide range of career enhancing experiences.

Pete is a seasoned professional who has honed winning performance strategies in the competitive realm of Premier League football. Drawing parallels between the high-performance environment of Premier League football and the arenas of business and education, Pete creates and sustains winning mindsets and specialises in transforming individuals and organisations to achieve exceptional results.
In 2000, Peter joined Manchester City FC, transforming the Youth Academy into a high-performance unit with international acclaim. Over 13 years, he developed a talent pipeline producing 39 first-team footballers and 25 international players.
The psychological aspect of sport is often underestimated and undervalued, and having Pete on board in providing 1-on-1 coaching and mentoring is imperative to our vision of protecting our football talent and unlocking new levels of growth towards success.

Junior Agent
Reece comes from a legal background. He has a passion for enhancing the careers of those professionals and former professionals we represent in the commercial world. His passion for sport led him to FAM in 2021 when he started as an intern. He now works in our commercial department as a junior agent seeking to create opportunities for the talent under our umbrella.

Shaun Wright-Phillips

Shaun is currently working as a pundit with the Premier League and is also the Manchester City club ambassador. Aside from the above Shaun is the FAM Sports player mentor and agency ambassador. The wealth of experience and insight he has gained over his career means he is an asset to both players, former players and the agency itself.
