23 year old Roy Syla started his football career at Barnet FC, and in 2021 he moved to Brentford FC. In the summer of 2023 Roy moved to Scottish Championship team Ayr United FC, in which he very quickly became a key player, dominating the central midfield area. He made 28 appearances for the club and one of his key games came in 2024 when his performance in the 2-0 loss to Glasgow Rangers at Ibrox earned him many positive applauds within the media.
