CEO Jason has over a decade of commercial agency experience dealing with talent, having negotiated many and varied brand, media and TV deals for FAM clientele. Jason has managed to build long lasting relationships across the sector with a particular emphasis on the career progression of its clients at its heart. As FAM has evolved, at its core, it remains an agency built on the fundamentals: loyalty, trust and ethics. Jason seeks to ensure that FAM evolves in this ever-changing sector, seeking to ensure that none of its clients are left behind.

Ross Greig
Ross is a Football Intermediary/Agent who performs football agent services on behalf of his clients. Ross comes from a legal background and in his other business practices as lawyer, principal and higher court advocate in a practice operating from offices in South London and Bank. Ross seeks to use the arsenal of tools he has attained both from litigation and court advocacy to try and negotiate his clients the best possible deal whilst trying to ensure that we’re always a step ahead.

Reece Stevens
Junior Agent
Reece comes from a legal background. He has a passion for enhancing the careers of those professionals and former professionals we represent in the commercial world. His passion for sport led him to FAM in 2021 when he started as an intern. He now works in our commercial department as a junior agent seeking to create opportunities for the talent under our umbrella.

Shaun Wright-Phillips
Ambassador & Mentor
Shaun is currently working as a pundit with the Premier League and is also the Manchester City club ambassador. Aside from the above Shaun is the FAM Sports player mentor and agency ambassador. The wealth of experience and insight he has gained over his career means he is an asset to both players, former players and the agency itself.

Ben is responsible for any videography or photography regarding social media in respect of our clients. Ben has a plethora of experience shooting for the likes of Adidas, Sonos and New Balance, to name but a few, and is renowned for his high quality content. Regarding any newcomers to the site, Ben comes highly recommended for anyone requiring his services.
